Did not deserve even one star. Poor service, failed to identify that an EQC claim they transfered into my name was fraudulent costing me thousands of dollars. They failed to understand that they had let me down then had the nerve to charge me for discussing their failings. Avoid this firm like the plague. Poor Keith Hales deceased partner in this firm will be turning in his grave. What disgusts me more is that they didn't have the decency to notify clients of Keiths that he had passed away. No excuses they had all of his clients details. Worst business I have ever had any dealings with.
