★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place isn't inviting at all, some of the staff are rude answering phones, intercom, looks like it could do with a make over if the place looked better and more inviting the feeling becomes more pleasant especially for the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times. Rooms are small and dingy, food is hospital standard food which leaves a lot to be desired but at least it's free. The nurses are rude to patients and generally demeaning and unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No way to find healing or recovery here. It is in no way accommodating or supportive in terms of helping patients get well in an healthy way. A lot of the people who go there end up staying there for months or even years, they don’t really give people the chance to voice needs or say how they are improving with their wellbeing. It felt like I was stuck in a unhealthy environment and I couldn’t get out. I was forced into this hospital for four months, having no availability to people or even go for a walk. It’s enclosed, there is limited resources to help aid a persons boardam while being stuck in the hospital. Most patients are treated with disrespect and have no dignity. There is a lot of stress in the environment around patients and the environment is very closed in. I honestly am not over exaggerating this, that this place is not for unwell people. I feel that there needs intervention to make it a healthy environment for others. I would not state this if I truly didn’t experience it for myself, in which I did.
