An Optimal Environment for Float Therapy
We set out to build our clinic to the highest standards of clinical floatation therapy. Floating can have some profound clinical benefts when interoceptive ability is enhanced. With this in mind we have have purpose built each room to the highest standard of soundproofing, air and temperature quality and light options (from zero light to light colour therapy). While light colour therapy and music during your float is optional, you can also choose to be in a complete exteroceptive sensory deprivation environment where your interoception is heightened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Chocolate Massage as a birthday present for my 8mth pregnant daughter - she loved it !! The staff were fabulous as this was a "surprise" for her - they checked that the "chocolate" massage was suitable for her due to how far she was into her pregnancy and gave the all clear. She felt comfortable and was so relaxed when it was over - she wanted to book in for more - but we had pushed the limit for the massage at 8 mths pregnant :) Totally recommend from both my standpoint as the "giftee" and definately from my daughter as the "recipient" Gorgeous surroundings, great staff - Serenity surely suits their name . Thank you guys for making her day so special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need improved facilities with toilets and decent showers in the rooms. The shower is set too high and because a fancy shower head it's a drizzle which is really hard to get the salt out of hair Preffered Cambridge centre to be honest.

Having resigned myself that massage was not for me (past experiences were either to soft or way too hard (ouch)) I was reluctant to accept Charl's invitation to see Lily. I'm so glad I did. Lily listened to me and adjusted her method to give me exactly what I had always hoped my massages could be. I leave relaxed and more 'unknotted' after every session with her and cannot recommend Lily's massages more highly.
Honestly, if deep tissue massages leaves you aching for days afterwards and potentially more knotted than before the treatment, then go see Lily at Serenity. You won't regret it, she's amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow, what an unreal experience. Very grateful to Kelsey and Chall for such an awesome experience. I had a very much needed pamper and feel absolutely spoilt by the hospitality and kindness, I cannot recommend this enough. I will be floating for the rest of my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best! I was home in Hamilton visiting family for a month and I used their Infrared Sauna (which is high quality Clearlight). They have excellent facilities and Charl and the rest of the staff are so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Easy parking and the atmosphere is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here at serenity float are amazing. I've was a little sceptical that this would relax me more than just a great snooze... I can say that floating in one of the tanks is like the most relaxing sleep you will ever have... It does take 15 mins to really get into the relaxed state.
There is no pressure to move quickly on after you have done. Which is great.
Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time having a float! Super cool experience. I like how you can have the little star lights turned on or full darkness and enter into a pure relaxed conscious state.
It was interesting to observe where the body was holding tension and then when I fully let go how much more relaxing it became.
Afterwards my whole body felt amazing and rejuvenated!
I would highly recommend. The staff are also really friendly and it’s a peaceful and welcoming environment.
