★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate Hera Couture higher that 5 stars I would! I bought my wedding gown from them and their customer service has been 10/10. They were super helpful and accommodating when our wedding was postponed due to covid and have gone above and beyond to make sure the dress fits perfectly for the big day. Katie & Sandra's attention to detail is just exquisite and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any brides looking for the perfect dress x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome experience with the ladies at Hera Couture. We went to a couple of other bridal boutiques and the service, quality and overall experience was awful. The ladies at Hera, Sharon and Katie made the experience feel special. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful every step of the way. Not to mention the quality of the dresses at affordable prices. We highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone looking for a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandra and Claire were amazing. I received outstanding customer service via email and in-store. A beautiful shop next to Tesla on K-Road with dried flowers and MOR candles burning. Cannot recommend more highly!! Great selection of shoes too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I've encountered recently. The stuff was extremely rude.
After a very simple conversation, she threw me in the fitting room, her attitude was rude and indifferent, just handing me the wedding dresses, that's all. She would not help me arrange the wedding dress at all.
And when she tried to closed the curtain, she just threw the curtain on my friend's face without any apologies.
We were extremely disappointed with the experience, especially seeing other customers served by smile and water next to us, which made us feel treated differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to see that with technology development Hera Couture is able to hire a “robot” staff to help us to finish the whole wedding dress fitting process with 0 patience and poor communication.
We tried many wedding dress stores around AKL, and Hera does have really good options even the bride finds her top 1 dress at this store, but she ends up to go with other alternatives just because the fitting experience was terrible.
Maybe bridesmaids us don’t pay for the dress, our opinions are not that important so the assistant never ever have any conversations with us. How about the person who gonna pay? Nah, the assistant only asked few questions with the bride within 5 mins at the beginning, the next 30 to 40 mins we only saw her around to pickup dress and leave, I think maybe the store warehouse is too big to find the dress, so she had to leave us alone for most of the time. I have to go behind the curtain to help the bride zip the dress, pretty much like when you try clothes at H&M or Zara with friends for free. And yes, the whole fitting process just like that, no suggestions from the assistant , no conversations or whatever, we have to ask for everything. “Can we try with high heel? Can we try with veil?” If we didn’t ask questions on time, she will go away quickly just like some kind of elf you could only able to see if you are lucky enough.
Apparently we are not the blessed one, if you are okay to be treated like us and see other customers been served with professional service. Then this store is your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I didn't end up getting my wedding dress from Hera Couture (I got it made somewhere else instead), the experience from start to finish was just so lovely; we had Laura looking after us who was just so kind and helpful. I tried on so many styles and they have the most beautiful dresses (If I didn't end up getting a very specific style made, I would've chosen one of their options)
I'd totally recommend going to Hera Couture if you're looking for a wedding dress, you won't be disappointed & will have just a beautiful time .
