★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been recommended by 3 friends and actually attended the finally fitting of my friend's wedding dress fitting before at Felicity bridal. So it was no debut that it will be one of the stop when I started to search for my own wedding dress. I surely found my dream dress there with their help! The seamstress Yoko was so professional and attentive, that really makes my experience so special and my dress fits me perfectly for my wedding! I would recommend Felicity bridal to any brides!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not even get in to an appointment but found alex extremely rude and unhelpful, did not communication information about dresses being no longer available due to covid etc and if I had not asked again and again would have ended up with nothing to try on in my appointment, covid times are hard enough for a customer and business that the rude communication and unwillingness to help ( most of the time felt like she was not interested at all in working with me or helping me to move my appointment due to the covos lockdown)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicity Bridal was my first stop while shopping for wedding dresses. Although Felicity's didn't have the dress for me, it was a lovely experince thanks to Alex and the wonderful range of dresses available. Definitely recommend Felicity's to future brides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!! We booked in October mentioning specific dresses we were after. Three people drove up from Taupo and one flew from Napier, all taking time off work and out of their lives to be part of this special day for our bride. We get there, after paying 3 x $25 parking only to be told NONE of the dresses were available anymore!!!! The ladies we dealt with couldn't care less that they've wasted our time and a lot of money and they could have avoided all of this with one simple email.

I was really nervous beforehand coming to the store as it was the first bridal store I was visiting, and I wasn't sure how the appointment would go or what to expect. Our consultant was lovely and extremely helpful. She made us feel really welcomed and comfortable. The dresses were nothing short of amazing, and look so much better in real life than they do on the website. I look forward to booking my next consult here.

I'd always dreamed of coming to this bridal store so I had high hopes and I was not disappointed! I also had a few extra questions which I did email about and I received such prompt responses. I'd definitely recommend.
