★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson managed to be rude to 3 of my friends at once - so embarrasing! We were doing a shopping trawl of Petone after brunch - yes, we were windblown, that's Petone spring weather for you. I encouraged us to take a look at Heroine because one of my friends was up for a wardrobe refresh and prepared to spend. She taken by some of the shirts and went to try them on - two more of my friends were interested in a scarf. One sent a photo of the scarf to a friend to see if the friend wanted it as a gift. The salesperson was cold and dismissive to us all, shutting down in the middle of talking to us. We felt frozen out and treated rudely, and left without purchasing. Do they not want to sell clothes? Truly baffling, and I won't be back.
