Make time for you. Wellness Sessions:
Experience mindfulness and Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing/walking) in a one hour session to help you relax and restore. The sessions are aimed at providing you will some skills that you can use every day. Solo, couple and team sessions are available. We welcome beginners and experienced alike. Book a session for a friend or loved one and help them on their road to de-stressing. We also hold wellbeing workshops, contact us to sign up for the next one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can't recommend Vanessa enough!! We had our wedding there on Sunday and it was the most stress free, perfect day!! The venue was beautiful! Vanessa had organised everything, from the decorations, to the cake (gorgeous and yum!), to the food (delicious!!!) and drinks and even organised a photographer - who was lovely and even put all our photos on a memory stick before she left!! Vanessa conducted a beautiful ceremony that was personal and professional.
