โ โ โ โ โ I chose to stay here as its next to the beautiful rose garden. There were lots of sirens during the afternoon which assume was to do with the speedway which seemed close by but overall a good motorcamp. The facilities were clean and Jolene is very welcoming

โ โ โ โ โ The cabin we stayed in was a serious health hazard the oven door didn't shut properly so was very dangerous the fridge leaked water all over our food cochroaches crawed out of jug and toaster when we turned them on pillows were absolutely disgusting and there wasn't enough cutlery or even a plug for either sink
To top it off the male worker/owner was absolutely vile and aggressive we will never return

โ โ โ โ โ Great camp in awesome surroundings. Very clean and tidy facilities. Perfect place for access to cycle and walking trails along the Manawatu river and surrounding parks.

โ โ โ โ โ Not too busy/crowded. Quiet away from noise and traffic. Enjoyed the friendly family of ducks/ducklings that strode around the camp ground at dinner time looking for crumbs. Reasonable prices. Great location near the river, new bridge, and summer ice cream scoop truck.

โ โ โ โ โ Planned to get away in our 8m caravan and had chosen the weekend a cyclone hit! Opted to stick close to home and needed a sheltered site...and what a lovely site. Beautiful trees, huge, long parking spaces (we fitted the van and our people carrier type towing vehicle in line and simply unhitched) Wouldn't have normally chosen here as we do like a good beach but we survived the storm and had a lovely weekend. Couldn't fault it.

โ โ โ โ โ An okay place to stay. The 2 dump stations are awkwardly place very close together, have a high edge and are placed directly outside the toilet block entrances. Who designs these things! Obviously not anyone who has to use them.
Lots of permanents. Lovely park surroundings with lots of large shady trees. Friendly staff.
The raceway on Saturday night was very noisy but finished mid evening.
Excellent laundry facilities at a good price with driers that actually do dry!

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice, quiet accommodation in a well appointed and cozy, warm Tourist Cabin.
With beautiful river walks right on the door step, the Holiday Park is a lovely place to stay.
Being close to town, but with no traffic noise and comfy beds it made for a great nights sleep.
Having a range of food options within a 5 minute drive made things really easy.
