served by this lady who just felt like she didn’t want to be working. Energy was off & I felt like I was being an inconvenience almost. Been coming here since it’s opened & I’ve the immaculate service each time and this time I just didn’t get the same. Still will come back but service that night could’ve been better instead of getting a rude attitude & being asked “
Do you know what you want “ soon as we sat down. A hello, hows your night going would’ve been nice. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views and interior design, too bad this is all ruined by the terrible service, honestly they need to sort out a better system with the bar, getting a drink is far too slow. I was told to wait on the other side after paying for a drink, and was then told quite rudely that I couldnt wait there and to go back to where i was. I had to explain to 3 different people that I had already paid for my drink and watched as countless other people were served before me. After 20 minutes I finally received my drink which was ok, however at that point the experience had just put me off the place, I was just over it and decided to leave and went to Caretaker across the road who had phenomenal service and amazing cocktails.
Service needs improving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for drinks at any time of the day. Great cocktails, view and ambience. I'd suggest table service rather than ordering at the bar because you'll have the view to distract you while you're waiting. Service is quite slow when ordering at the bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome bar, really enjoy the vibe here. Great service from all staff. One of my preferred bars, you can actually have a conversation with someone here and not be defended by over powering music. Would recommend anyone to go here. We always feel welcome here, everything is modern and chic incl. Good range of drinks and snacks, prices are fair considering the amazing ambience, atmosphere and spectacular views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome venture to start the night in the right mood. Decor is fab, staff are friendly, drinks are amazing, and the view awesome. Great mix of indoor and outdoor areas. Even if you don't have time to visit the bar, pop into the hotel's reception to see the biggest chandelier in Auckland and some very cool decor!
