★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly 3/4 of the way through our MIQ stay, the hotel is great and the staff are so so lovely. It's a very intimate setting for two people as there is no separate bathroom, but the tub is really nice.
I do want to leave a note that the his/hers stuff throughout the hotel room feels a bit inappropriate, it might work for some but it's not all that inclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hotel for ten days in MIQ. Upon arrival I got to my room and realized that my room had a leak in the bathtub that would spray water everywhere. I called the front desk and was offered nothing more than some extra towels. On day seven water began to leak out of the ceiling from the room above me, and instead of offering to move my room or send a plumber the simply offered me more towels and told me basically just deal with it. I am very disappointed in the hotel staff here and their unwillingness to fix these issues. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was allocated to SO/ Auckland for MIQ, they were super professional, polite and thorough with their processes. All hotel staff, nurses, medical staff, health and wellness, Navy, police and security did each of their jobs so well and they all knew what was going on, and did well at explaining updates or things they weren't sure about!! SO/ Hotel is very modern and has great space to stay, there were so many modern features in their room, I was able to watch tv from the bathtub!!
I hope everyone that stays here will be cooperative with everyone involved and working hard to keep NZ safe. THANK YOU!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for business, 2 nights. Friendly staff, convenient location, and nice clean facilities. Had a good view as a bonus as well. Definitely ticks all the boxes for a short stay. The corridors are a bit narrow, but won't be an issue if you're not spending the night in them.
