★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hill 745 or Little Baldy as it is more commonly known. This hill , although visited often by hunters , is also part of the The Araroa trail and therefore sees lots of hikers and trampers during the season.
The climb to Little Baldy is about 1 - 1.5 hrs from the quarry area on the Bald Hill Road.
The track, once you reach Little Baldy tops, carries on across a saddle over toward Mount Longwood and Martins Hut which is a number of hours further on.
Reasonable views up here.
