β β β β β Great Campsite. You'll get good shower facilities with warm water and clean toilets for just 10$ a night. Free wifi included and there is a small kitchen house which is pretty well provided with pots, pans, cutlery etc. The Campsite owner is really friendly and even offered us a hot cup of coffee in the morning. He will also make you some pizza (or other snacks) for 12-18$. The campsite is very idyllic since it's surrounded by sheep on grassy hills. From here it's just a 10 min drive up to Nugget Point Lighthouse. I would definitely recommend staying for at least one night!

β β β β β Absolutely beautiful view from the bed in the morning in the new ensuited cabin! Kevin is a wonderful host and offers so much. Thank you for an incredible stay. It is simple but completely ample for what we wanted.

β β β β β Great spot to stay, we were just passing through but ended up staying another night because we loved it!! ? Could easily stay for a couple of weeks, great spot. The owner is absolutely lovely, very kind and funny, and his cat is also super cute and friendly ? Shower has great pressure and nice and warm ($2 for 6 mins, perfect!), toilets are clean ? The area of land is just beautiful - rolling green hills with friendly sheep and cows. Picnic tables provided, kitchen area with toaster and microwave (take your own stove), and free unlimited wifi. We'll be back again because we LOVE it here!

β β β β β Really enjoyed our stay here, owner was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beautiful setting for parking our van in the Catlins where free self contained sites are almost non existent. Wifi was fast and we could watch a movie on a laptop in our van. There were also some lovely looking cabins available over looking the green hills. Would 100% recommend!

β β β β β Awesome campsite, the owner is super friendly and makes you feel at home. Shower is clean hot and powerful for only $2 for 5 minutes. Campsite itself is peaceful in the green hills with a couple of gravel parking sites for larger campers. Wifi was fast and didn't drop out at all, even better it is completely free.

β β β β β Cheapest place to stay in the area! Its beautiful and peaceful! The cabins were super warm and clean and the showers were great! The owner was amazing! He was super friendly and made you feel right at home! There are dinner available to order, i had a pizza which was loaded with toppings and really filling! I will be back! For the chats with the owner and a peaceful night for a great price.

β β β β β Amazing place. We stayed with our self contained van some time ago but it was so nice I need to write a proper review. The owner is a very friendly, chatty guy who really wants to make your stay better. He made pizzas for us and let us feed his animals. It was a good moment from our stay in the Catlins, especially that we were almost alone there! Definitely recommended, at least to lie down on a grass, relax and take a hot shower during your trip. All the best from Poland and Belgium!

β β β β β Kevin was very welcoming, the place is great and cheap ! Shower is 6min with a $2 coin, which is good to know before going. Only one shower and fridge a little small i would say but i definitely would come back again if i come back to this area.
A tap with drinkable water is located just outside the office. Wayyyy better value for money than any doc sites, sometimes i donβt understand people commenting.
Kevin even gave us three cold beers which were highly appreciated on this really hot day, and offered us to do woofing here.
I highly recommend this place !
