Hipsta is alternative fashion where Festival meets Street, meets Beach.
We stock a beautiful range of ethnic handicrafts and clothing, sourced from overseas and New Zealand.
Each year Hipsta’s Director, Debbie, travels to India, Thailand or both with a lucky staff member. All our goodies are ethically sourced, chosen individually and the majority of the clothing is handmade, using the same families for over 20 years. Our suppliers are highly regarded as being part of the Hipsta Family.
Not only does Hipsta provide amazing, ethnic handicrafts and clothing, we have a fully certified Body Piercing Studio in all of our stores.
We believe the success of our business is due to our super friendly staff. They are dedicated and passionate about Hipsta, and we always pride ourselves on amazing customer service.
We have been branding ourselves at events and markets for over 20 years now, you will find us at shows during September till Easter. Check out our Events Page.

β β β β β Clothing here is amazing! Not your normal but equally amazing. Came in to get my daughters ears pierced but spent most of the time looking at the cool things in store, making note of the things I need to come back for. Piercing was easy, professional and clean :)

β β β β β I got my nose pierced at Hipsta on 11/02/22, I can not recommend them enough! I was super nervous but the girls were lovely and the piercing was quick and (almost) painless.
