About Hire Plants | Plant Hire
Established in 1979 and operating from their 2000sqm nursery in Avondale, Hire Plants employs a team of 22 and provides permanent plant installations and servicing to large and small retail, hospitality, office and public organizations
Hire Plants also provide temporary hire of indoor and outdoor plants for functions, expos and a large range of events from weddings to film shoots.
Hire Plants is a family owned and operated business with a strong long term view towards sustainability, stability and quality.
Purchase of Exotic Planters plant hire
In December 2016 Hire Plants acquired the plant hire business of Exotic Planters Ltd. In absorbing the wide range of plant and container stock previously managed by Exotic Planters, it has meant that Hire Plants has been able to increase the diverse range of long-term and temporary stock available for hire.
Purchase of Natural Tree Products plant hire
In February 2015 Hire Plants acquired the plant hire business of Natural Tree Products Ltd. The transferring of customers, stock and team of employees has greatly increased the scale and reach both in the event hire sector as well as the commercial plantscaping field.

We gave them a rough idea on what kind of look we wanted to achieve, and Ana, the Events Co-ordinator at Hire Plants, came up with some good floor plans that suited our budget and theme. Ana communicated with us clearly and promptly so we managed to have it all done despite the short turnaround time, changing requirements etc throughout the whole process (from consultation, delivery and packing out after the event). Our office is great but was missing something, and from our initial enquiry, the Hire Plant team have been responsive, they follow through and even did a site visit to help us make sense of the plant world and how and what would suit.
We highly and definitely recommend Hire Plant and their amazing team and installers, who are nothing but top notch and the plants brought our office to life and was exactly what we needed.
Additionally, we get to just enjoy the plants and every 2 weeks, a plant technician will come and service the plants. If you're thinking about price, let us put your mind at ease and assure you that the price is just right and affordable.
