β β β β β Love this place, like a little hideaway amongst the malls & shopping centres nearby. Staff are so helpful & friendly and always down for a chat, serve kΕkako coffee too. Prices can be slightly higher than bunnings etc but they are cared for so much more & higher quality Iβve found. I love when they do the small cuttings for sale, makes it more affordable & get to take home a bunch more plants ?

Terrible service! I ordered for the first time and I was deeply horrified! My order came almost dying! Take note, I ordered lucky bamboos! As far as I know, lucky bamboo wonβt die that easily! I emailed but they said it was maybe because of the courier. Hello! Really? Thatβs it. They said keep in touch so if it gets worse, they will try to resolve it. Again, hello! Try? But even just try, nothing! They ignored me when I sent them videos of the plant getting worse and worse. I was planning to buy few things from them but after this incident? Oh come on! They deserve to close! Such a waste of money!

β β β β β The Plant Base is a welcome oasis amidst a concrete jungle with the best coconut coffee I have ever tasted, plus a wide range of indoor/outdoor plants, sustainable lifestyle products, gifts and more! I have recently purchased a 100% organic cotton T-shirt, mesh produce bags, solid shampoo and conditioner bars, a bamboo toothbrush with its travel case and sampled the Shakti mats (the carrier bags are perfect for shopping trips, too) and the bamboo fibre socks (insanely comfortable!) I am also slowly amassing a collection of gorgeous Dracaenas in my home. I really enjoy the atmosphere here and will certainly be making The Plant Base a well-frequented hangout!

β β β β β Brought a Monkey Mask for $30, turns out to be a cut down Swiss Cheese Vine. Not what I wanted or ordered, as I already have alot of swiss cheese vines. Disappointed will never buy here again. Turns out it is a rip off as I found a healthy Monkey Mask for $10 off another shop. SHOP CAREFULLY!

β β β β β Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered a pink princess from them and it came looking like this. They didnβt even send me a tracking number for my order or a date when it was coming in. The Pink Princess looks like it was just put on the pot carelessly and it looked dead. It was my first time ordering from them and this would definitely be the last. Definitely wouldnβt recommend. Terrible experience.

β β β β β I found this place online so I thought to have a look. No other customer else was at the store yesterday afternoon. The lady at the store seemed surprised to have a customer and couldn't be bothered with any questions. I paid for a plant hanger and the lady was there behind the coffee machine (where the EFTPOS is) and I couldn't see exactly what she was doing. After she finished whatever she was doing, she just left without any acknowledgement. "hello? could I have my receipt please? " Only after I asked she came back and gave me a receipt. Totally unfriendly and I won't be back again.
