★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst vehicle rental place I’ve ever hired from. The manager Remz in particular double booked us and tried to palm another vehicle rental off as an “upgrade”. When we arrived to collect the rental, the shop was unclean, the staff didn’t know what to do and Remz hadn’t left any notes on our “upgrade” and they tried to charge us an additional $70. Overall the process took so long and we were late to our event. Staff are clearly unorganised and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Except for one worker there, Louie. He was great and deserves a payrise - or to be promoted to manager. Everything else was shocking and I would not hire from here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great guy who served us here when hiring a van for the day. I think he knew we were strapped for cash so he gave us every discount available with extra gas on top. Great service and recommended this place over james blonde in kelston when hiring vehicles. Youl get better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with customer service regarding hidden costs, be very careful as my 4hr van hire jumped from the advertised cost of $74 to $156+fuel after returning van over an hour early. Be very careful about kms charges and compulsory insurance charges. If you are looking for a cheaper way to collect an item that doesn't fit in your vehicle I would suggest using a freight carrier and not hireace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a 17m3 truck with tail lift for our house move. Truck was in great condition, easy to drive and the staff were friendly and helpful when we went to pick it up. We have recommended the company to our friends, if they need a truck for future moves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in New year's day picked up trailer lights didn't work had it for 3 hrs got charged for full day and to top it off it too 2 weeks to get my bond back.Came away thinking ill never use these guys again. Especially from the Henderson branch . Rubbish . But quick to take my hard earned money though.ill tell people not to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the gents working at hireace Henderson were awesome, very friendly guys. The process of picking up and dropping off our hire went very smoothly.
Van was the perfect size for moving house, was recommended to get the platinum cover for insurance which gave us an added piece of mind if anything did happen to go wrong.
Would highly recommend heading online or in store if you need a vehicle or trailer to help you move house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really impressed with their customer experience. Really friendly helpful people. Prices are excellent, car was better than expected in fact we were given a brand new vehicle. They refunded the bond money same day during drop off which usually takes about 5-10 days. Amazing overall experience!
