I am really impressed with the service I received from Bargain Rental Cars in Henderson. At first I was not happy with the vehicle provided and after a phone call was made another vehicle was arranged for me. I also work in Penrose and knew it would be a pinch to drop the car off by 6pm due to Auckland's horrific traffic. Again a phone call was made and arrangements set to accommodate a later drop off. I pulled in at 5.57pm and did make the drop off time, but I greatly appreciated the flexibility and effort. Top job!

Bargain rentals was a life saver for me!! Super affordable and and a very easy process of picking up and dropping off. Super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended to anybody who needs a car at the last minute. On my side, you have got yourselves a loyal customer.

BRC was a great company to use, an affordable price which is great for the budget conscious traveller. They were also very accommodating with letting me extend my vehicle on multiple occasions. Will definitely use them again!

It was my first time to use this service, and I must say that I was very impressed with the customer service given, and the ease in booking to picking up the car. The car (Toyota Rav4) was immaculate and performed well on the road. I would definitely recommend BRC Henderson because of the prompt booking service available, the range of vehicles for hire, and the great customer service delivery at the branch.

Great car for a bargain price. I was able to hire a RAV4 for less than a compact car from the big name rental companies. Open 8am - 6pm everyday including on public holidays except Christmas day. Avis local branch was closed when BRC were open. Easier to fit in the pickup and dropoff with these hours. Staff were great. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Collection and delivery was hassle free with no waiting. We decided to extend our holiday and increased rental period no problem, with no special charges added and the same low rate. We'll be going to BRC first from now on.

Everyone, please avoid this company and Hireace at all cost! Hired a Touring vehicle from this branch last week, while visually, it was sound when I picked it up but the rear bumper, right side came loose when driving down the highway at 100kph. Not to mention, a really dangerous murky dash. Took a picture, called the branch manager and suggested it to be returned to them or another branch. However, I was already half way to my destination and couldn't afford to go back. When you hire a vehicle, you would trust the car being in a sound condition, i.e at least free from loose falling panel parts. Had I known the car was going to be like this, of course I would have opt in something better. I actually did ask if there were other upgrade when I picked up at the branch the car but none was available at the time. But I'm glad that I did not as who knows what panel parts may be loose! I would have paid even more. After 3 days of hire, the bumper was still intact but was still flapping. I returned the car, sent a complaint to the branch manager Ren and escalated to the area manager Daniel. I initially asked for a full refund but they insisted which is fine. I told them to keep it as it's not just about the money. They but didn't even apologise for inconveniences this has caused. To the very least, show some understanding and honesty which this company lacks. Instead, the area manager Daniel lied about a video recording of me being abusive to their staff. Luckily, I have a voice recording to prove otherwise and it was nothing but a well mannered conversation. In summary, a very dishonest company run by dishonest managers. I'm really shocked at the condition of the vehicle and service I received. It ruined our holiday. You have now been warned. Avoid this company at all cost! ------------- Replying to BRC Team. 1. Issue isn't resolved because you have an angry and upset customer. 2. Main purpose of my complaint/request for a full refund is because I had to deal and put up with a fault with a car you supplied, i.e flapping around for 536 km. 3. Your words against mine when it comes to responsibility. If I was a dishonest customer, I would have done what you have done. Hid the loose panel part when it came loose by itself. But instead, I raised it with you as soon as I noticed. Should you not be thanking me instead? 4. Main purpose of my complaint/request was to get some compensation for my troubles and worries during the 536 km of use. 5. A simple, sorry, here's some credit on your next hire would have sorted it. 6.Of course you had to fix it yourself. Issue was there in the first place. A simple picture can't prove the panel was sound. Where's your inspection report before my hire? Show me in the report that the bumper was solid and sound. Show me. 7. I've only posted first names of the people I dealt with. It's nothing but the truth. Why would that be immoral? It would be if I included their surnames. 8. You keep saying I'm aggressive and abusive but you're unable to prove this. Not by phone recording. Not by video recording. This is a lie and what pisses me off further. I have a voice recording on my phone to prove otherwise! Stop lying. 9. Thanks for blacklisting a loyal and honest customer. I really appreciate this because it just shows how aggressive YOU are, lack of quality service and products you supply. I still back my summary of you: a very dishonest company run by dishonest managers, most unprofessional.
