★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a vehicle for the weekend so I thought a if I booked a week in advance there would be no issues. I found Hirepool quickly online and their prices were competitive. Their website was easy to navigate, I entered the dates I needed, my credit card details and in no time I had booked a vehicle. It did say in the email the it still needed to be confirmed but I thought it was a foregone conclusion as there were dates on the website greyed out. My dates were fine so I relaxed with peace of mind. I didn't get another confirmation email at all and 3 days later I was rung to say they were canceling my booking because their were no vehicles available. I was polite to the guy but bloody annoyed. You need to sort your systems out so this doesn't happen to others Hirepool !!!
