β β β β β 500% Excellent! Can't rate it high enough! Leon & Kinnie are fantastic hosts, the breakfast is to die for & Coeliac safe - we struggled to eat much the rest of the day it was that good! Comfy bed & room! We'll be back! :)

β β β β β Great hosts with a stunning place. So much history in the home and original woodwork is phenomenal for this 100 year old house. Good bed. Great bath. Thanks for breakfast and chat. A good overnight stop to see Castlepoint.
