Shy Cottage and Shy Studio are historic buildings set in fragrant kitchen gardens and tastefully modernised to combine the best of the 1880's with modern luxury.
Nestled under the trees is our Garden Spa Bath House. Watch the night sky while sharing a lovely relaxing bath over a wine or two.
Secluded and quiet, both the cottage and studio can be booked as self-catering or with our ‘DIY’ full breakfast kit.
We live on site in the front cottage and we hope to welcome you to our bit of paradise soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute and Cosy. The perfect hideaway for two nights whilst working in the area. Quiet at the back of the section, surrounded by gardens. Small one bedroom cottage with ensuite with clawfoot bath and shower (spoilt for choice), open plan lounge with wood burner stove and heat pump if you prefer, dining and well equipped kitchen, dining table that doubles up for work desk. 5 minute walk to choice of cafés and restaurants.

Studio has a good quality super king bed a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a small garden space.
Bi fold windows open wide to a private courtyard area with small pond.
Very tranquil, the perfect shy hideaway!
