โ โ โ โ โ Not happy with the way the staff member tries hard to get you to use the more expensive option. I noticed the drum he insisted was only less than half full once I put all my laundry in (largest option), I actually got it all done with the smallest option. New machines and close by home but people need to be aware they will suggest unnecessary spending.

โ โ โ โ โ A fourty minute dry was unable to dry only two little baby clothes. Even showed the staff that dryer was not heating enough to which she replied that the machine was working fine. Really disappointed with the service.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here for the first time as I found out the place was quite new and Afroza was serving me and she was so helpful and nice, she helped me put the laundry liquid and transferred my clothes in the dryer even after I said that I can just do it myself, we had a really good chat at the end, will definitely recommend her when you do come here, sheโs very helpful (:

โ โ โ โ โ very RUDE and a hazard to our community's COVID-19 satety. He was wearing his mask on his chin when talking to my wife. Later he covered his lower lip only so I asked him to please wear his mask and he responded "this is my mask" so i said please wear it over your nose. It all went down hill from there, was absolutely rude about everything. So we decided to leave and will not return. Machines may be new as this is a new shop, so we were excited to use this place in rainy weather but very dissapointed at the level of service and lack of caring for the customers' safety.

โ โ โ โ โ Used this laundromat for the first time this evening, guy in store was very polite, very helpful and they waited after store had closed so I could pick up my laundry! Will definitely go back and would 100% recommend! Cheers guys - sam

โ โ โ โ โ We have come here several times and we're constantly charged incorrectly and our clothes put on the wrong wash cycle. We raised the concern today and was meet with a very hostile response from the lady that works there. Despite having the receipt and standing in front of the machine that was on the wrong cycle she refused to acknowledge that she had entered the wrong cycle and over charged us again. Eventually after several minutes of arguing the manager arrived and was very helpful. He sorted out this situation and was very professional. This place has an amazing manager and thr machines are very good but the lady that works there is extremely confrontational and unprofessional.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady who attended to us was very helpful. The place and the machines are clean, so you know that your clothes will be properly wash. I also like that they have products ready just in case you forgot to bring your own detergent:)

โ โ โ โ โ The space is clean, efficient and has products if needed. I like that you can pay via eftpos machine or at the counter. Personable service that greets you with a smile. The machines are clean as if it were your own at home. Varied sizes for washing loads and lots of dryers.I like that the washing load times actually state how long the load will run.
