★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this spot during my Northland trip. Good spot to eat some fish and chips. I got chicken burger which was really nice. I was pleased to see that the entire place had only women staff! The staff was very friendly with some great customer service skills. For the first time ever I saw an Aoxoyl fish! I would definitely visit this takeaway again when I visit this place next time and would highly recommend! Cheers

I had a nice juicy Warehou, (sustainably fished apparently).
Batter was thin and well fried, not thick and gloopy.
Mussels and scallops were juicy.
Can’t comment on the chips because I got potato fritters. Would 100% go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food! Such a great price and you get local fish. Really friendly staff too. Grab some fish and chips if you are in the area. Leftovers taste great the next day too.
One of the ladies there gave me an extra fillet cause she said the first one was too small!
