★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to grab a Pie, cake & drink for morning tea then spend an extra 2mins & walk into countdown opposite if you buy them from Hollywood bakery you will be very disappointed and feel like you were just ripped off. The pies are dry and crusty just like the cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second visit in 4 weeks and again it was quite honestly faultless.On our first visit, we get coffee after we done our weekend supermarket shopping. The coffee is good, love the location, right next to Countdown. On our second visit, we had big breakfast there. Food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. Clean table, cozy environment, good place to stay on my delightful weekend. Will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really undrstocked place with not yhe quickest service. We ordered 3 thick shakes and when we complained the one wasn't a thickshake the lady was kind enough to give us a refund. There were only like 5 pies left. We ordered 3 pies which tasted okay, but whilst 3 of us received our pies my daughter had to wait an extra 10 mins for hers (we were the only customers there at that time). Secondly my friend and her 2 kids met up with us there about 10 mins later and they had no more mince pies left for her kids nor did they have any ice cream left for them to have thick shakes as well - even though a countdown was just opposite them. Her son then chose a caramel frappuccino instead. Which is not what he really wanted. The menu online states that they make chicken fettuccine pasta too. But I got told they don't. Their chicken and mushroom pie had no mushrooms but it was okay despite also being lukewarm. I would not come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t usually make negative posts. Ordered eggs bene (salmon) and lunch pack (Chicken thigh and drum with fries). I finished the eggs bene which was average. Salmon was slightly frozen and salad looked and tasted old. In terms of the lunch pack, my partner struggled to finish. I attempted to finish the lunch pack. I can normally eat anything so that I’m not wasting food. But this I could not do. Refer to image which doesn’t do justice but it still shows how disgusting it is. Dark meat/bone which shows the age of the meat and being frozen on and off for some time. Poor quality food. And to top it off, the staff refused to present themselves at the counter and hid at the back because they knew I wanted to have a word with them. This has ruined our experience. Definitely not going back here.
