β β β β β Shaan, has been absolutely amazing to deal with over the past 18+ months.
My fiancΓ© and I have been looking at buying for a long time and sadly missed out on a number of properties.
Shaan is helpful and understanding and he listened to our goals and aspirations for our home, showed us homes and land within our budget, so didnβt waste any of our time. He worked out of hours to show us around properties of which I believe we were often the first buyer to see as and when they came on the market.
Shaan is exceptionally professional, diligent, an excellent communicator but probably most importantly β he is honest and trustworthy.
I know he went above and beyond for us as his clients, and worked tirelessly to get us the result that we dreamed of.
Shaan is undoubtedly one of the best real estate agents in the country and I will continue to recommend him to all of our friends and we will continue to use him for our next investment property.

β β β β β Shaan is really down to earth, honest and authentic. As purchasers we were used to being seen as potential cash cows rather than a family wanting to buy our first home. But Shaan always genuinely helped us and it felt like he went out of his way for us. When we won our dream home at auction Shaan was almost as happy as we were! And his great service continued well after the fall of the hammer. All the way down to the little things. He made it all special for us which we canβt thank him enough for.
