★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance bought me a led staff for Christmas last year and I instantly loved it. I was presidential honor guard in the U.S Navy and for a time I was in the drill division, so the staff was like going home. I've let other staff handlers use my staff and everyone says it's one of the best balanced staffs there handled. The quality of their products are very good but the biggest part of this company is their customer support. These guys are just simply incredible. A few months after I got my staff, one of the led pods stopped working properly. I sent them a video and in less than 2 weeks I had a new pod, no questions asked. 2 weeks ago I broke one of the light bars, I emailed them with a picture just asking if it would be covered or not. I wasn't sure simply because it broke from a drop, but today I got a new bar in the mail without even knowing it was coming these guys are just amazing. I was expecting to maybe get just the tubing itself but they sent a whole assembly including the 25 dollar light pod. I will always come back here for any of my flow toy needs. Dont bother going any where else. These guys are just great.

Excellent customer service throughout multiple purchases always delivered promptly. I will happily continue to use Home of Poi for my fire dancing necessities for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best quality products I had. I've been buying cheaper products but they end up breaking or ripping it and noone wants anything like that when your performing.
Shipping is really fast it came in 8 days. So far I had 2 orders of different kind light fire and product of ultrapoi from the same website and products are amazing. Highly recommend it.

I live in the US and was so worried about delivery, however they showed up exactly when Home of Poi Ltd said they would. I am planning on ordering from them again in the future and I would encourage you to as well. Excellent product and customer service!
