★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service, very rude, arrogant, and do not abide by NZ law. I would be very careful buying from them and I wouldnt spend my money with them again because if you do and there is something wrong with the product they wont help. We ended up having to take them to court it was so bad and even then they refused to pay the court order!!!!! Should not be allowed to do business in NZ!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the Luberon TV cabinet and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. I was given so much help and found everyone so obliging and frienly. The furniture is beautiful and well made. Very impressed.
I have since purchased a tallboy and two tables and a bedside. I have found the staff very helpful and friendly and the products and beautiful and well made. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! I'd recommend to buy elsewhere. I purchased a side table for $250 + freight which arrived with the leg smashed. i wasnt able to check the table at time of delivery but noticed the damage when unpacking a few days later. Mike has refused to provide any refund or replacement for the damage, constantly deferring to their freight company, even though i paid homeabout directly for the freight to be organised. Im left with a broken cabinet i cant use and money gone from my account. Very disappointed and wont be purchasing from these guys again. Rip off.

Store’s team was easy and quick to communicate with (I used their website “contact us” emails). I did my order just 2 days before Christmas and my beautiful display cabinet arrived on 23rd ?? Very quickly! (Delivered within Auckland)
Delivery guys were in a hurry, but they gave me time to unpack the boxes so I could make sure that everything was ok there?

I couldn’t buy using their website that show errors to me, but it was super easy to buy the same items via trademe- which is cool ?? I like it that they were there
