★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got great chairs, as deal off trade me. They came boxed up which was great. And fitted in the car well. They were pretty easy to assemble. Cheaply made (guess that reflects in the price). Overall pretty happy.

The best thing was the flat packs were so easy to put together. Well made, all parts included, good quality and all items available Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 3 and 2 seater recliner suite in September 2020. The seats are comfortable and we were happy with the purchase until the 3-seater started to fall apart so we asked for it to repaired or replaced because it was less than a year old; repairs were done so we thought it would be okay. Unfortunately one of the recliner seats is almost completely broken (feels like it's falling off the couch) but we're out of warranty so out of luck. The 3-seater must have been badly made because the 2-seater is completely fine (hence 2-stars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable, comfortable and great looking chairs. We were impressed that we walked in at East Tamaki, paid for what we wanted and then a 3 min drive away the warehouse guys packed our order into our trailer within 5 mins. Really easy process is always appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying gas lift beds online was simple. Victor's communicated personally via email regarding my order and dispatch dates. They sent it out 2 weeks prior with Mainfreight who conveniently held it in a nearby depot until my delivery date. Goods arrived and were relatively easy to assemble. Very impressed with the quality of the product, considering it was quarter of the price for identical bed frame at chain furniture store. Well done Victor's, will definitely recommend. Only pity you don't have a Wellington showroom.
