★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we bought a dresser and when we got the delivery there was a small damage to the top. We called the store and followed the process (sent photos to the customer service email etc.). What happened after wards was top class customer service. Peter came over within couple of days, assembled the dresser/mirror for us, did a touch-up on the top while we waited for the new top to arrive.
Peter came again with the new top after a week and replaced the faulty one. He also carried the bedside we had ordered in the mean time (we were supposed to collect it). Peter kept us informed during the whole process....This was an awesome experience! Thank you guys we'll surely come back to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a set of drawers and upon and packing noticed one of the rails had detattached. Customer service was quick to help amend this. Peter from the service team was great and easy to communicate with to arrange suitable time for the repair. Luckily it was an easy fix. It is always reassuring that customer and service teams are reliable when purchasing new furniture. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is awesome! I bought a mattress and a bed base, the foot and head board were damaged. A pair of new set arrived on the next day. This is the first time that my problem was solved in such a short time. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends. If there is any thing needed for my sweet home in the future, this is the place I will go first.

Peter from the after sales service team was really awesome and helped us in our after sales issues. Highly recommended to anyone to go to Target Botany and meet their friendly & helpful team!! He gave me an amazing customer service by going all the way to supplier by getting me a chair leg. I bought the chair from target furniture 6 years back. He got me a chair leg and fixed for me. He was amazing and I really appreciate his excellent service. He is an asset to the company. Great work Peter keep it up. ????

My first time purchasing something from Target ended up with multiple manufacturing defects on the headboard - I did not get the chance to review this until after I had picked it up from the warehouse. You can say that I was not happy and I could imagine the stress I would go through trying to reach through to Target and ask for a replacement and then trying to prove that it was not damaged by me AFTER i had picked it up.....
I contacted Target that day and was advised someone will be in contact with me. The next day, I was contacted by Peter who was efficient and went above and beyond and reassured me that he would investigate further and keep me updated about the process/ outcome. I was extremely impressed with his warm and professional approach and kept his word by keeping me updated along every step which I repeatedly thanked him for (as it didn't help I was getting very stressed about the delay due to the Easter month). He even messaged me a few days after it was delivered to check in if the headboard had arrived and if there was any concerns I had with the new one (thankfully not!)
What I thought would have been a stressing experience with Target was immediately changed by Peters great customer service skills and approach to making sure everything went smoothly for me! I could not express my gratitude and appreciation for Peter going above and beyond, thank you so much for making my Target experience a great one!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a few things from Target, one of it being a bed. There was a manufacturing defect due to which we were unable to assemble it. We contacted Target the next day and help was immediately sent. A staff named Peter contacted me the very next day and genuinely helped me with my concern. He made it a priority and arranged the new parts right away, tested it to ensure it was working, and drove all the way from Botany to my home on the same day to install it. Not only did he deliver it promptly, he offered to assemble the whole bed and did an amazing job. When he was leaving, he even offered to take the cardboard boxes the furniture came in knowing that it was too big for us to dispose off in the recycling bin which i felt was really nice of him. He is an asset to Target furniture and with what started as a sour experience, he turned it around completely and made it a pleasant one. Would highly recommend him. What an amazing guy! Thank you Peter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am building a house so need a lot of items. I had a great experience. Staff are extremely willing and helpful. Fantastic guy in warehouse loaded all of the goods for us. Customer service has been great with regular updates and they especially they came to house and sort the things too.
