β β β β β i had a really bad conversation with bad attitude nurse. she hang up my phone call even not finish the conversation. i would not recommend my friends go there become they are no trust and make me feel really uncomfortable.

β β β β β The problem with this clinic is that the receptionists do not want to be there, they dont have the best attitude and it isnt a pleasant experience. Always remember to remind them you are waiting, otherwise once it slips their mind you'll be waiting for hours.
Update: The clinic has reached out and apologised for the experience, which shows maturity and a concern for their patients experiences.

β β β β β Our family have been visiting here for years. The reception and nurses are good just sometimes they are so busy so may need to wait for a while. The fee is the most reasonable for the service. Would highly recommend

I spoke to the receptionist this morning and she was super helpful!
She had a lovely attitude and offered to take a message for the DR who was busy at the time and could not take my call.
