★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lasted one visit with this doctor. It was over a year ago but was one of the most insulting experiences Ive had. Receptionist was the only person there.

I had come in as I had a bad reaction to hair dye. It caused my scalp to be itchy, scaly and then I could feel liquid coming out so I was already stressed out and self conscious about it.
Came in for the first time after reading good reviews and greeted by a lovely Receptionist.
Doctor came out who was holding his lunch so followed him in.
Told him about my head which I parted my hair to show him. He didn’t even come any closer, looked disgusted, pushed his lunch away and said ‘thats from lice’ I told him its not as I knew it wasn’t but he didn’t even look again.
Just looked at his computer, wrote a script quickly and that was it, no follow up questions or anything.
I rarely post reviews if I really feel the need to. Every time I walk passed your doctors it still gives me shivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus did my class 2 medical a few years back and I phoned him recently to ask for the records. It was a rather urgent request and it was almost end of the business day.... Marcus and his team was extremely helpful and emailed me the document I need within a few mins. without their help i don't think i can sit my flight test. Thank you so much!
