★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is pretty easy to sell a car. Not so easy when there is something wrong with the car. Hopmans stepped up and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with their great communication throughout and the free use of a loan car. I would highly recommend Hopmans (and particularly their salesman Steve).

I was greeted by a very friendly and no pressure salesman, Jeremy, who has good knowledge of the stock, and he put no pressure on me at any stage. He was interested in what I was looking for not just trying to sell what they had on the yard. He showed me a couple of options in the category I was looking for, and sent me on a test drive so I could get the feel of one of the vehicles. The stock they have is very high quality and was so well priced I didn't even bother trying to bargain with him. I had been looking online for some time, and felt it would have been insulting because the prices were very fair. He organized a mechanical inspection and made the whole process of purchasing hassle free. I met Andre also when he came out and chatted when I got back from the test drive, and he was genuine about the vehicle to the point that I purchased with confidence. The service didn't stop after I signed the sales and purchase agreement either. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at a good price, and you are tired of high pressure salespeople I recommend you give them a call. I was only visiting Christchurch for a couple of days, so they have arranged to send the vehicle up north to where I live. I am very happy that I walked onto the yard. Thank you Jeremy and Andre for making it an easy and relaxing encounter. I thought it was going to be a real chore finding the right vehicle but it was pleasant. I am very pleased.

Since then I had a mechanical failure which was just inside the warranty period that these guys give and it was taken care of without any problem. I fully recommend to all people, anywhere in the country to buy with confidence from Hopmans. I live in Northland and even the distance between us has not been a problem. They even delivered the car to airport and put some extra fuel in it for free. Aftersales part replacement for my car was tricky but again they endeavored to fulfill it. I'm very impressed.
