★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for a pint and live gigs. The refurnished bar rooms are amazing. Excellent food, and great staff always treat customers with respect. I am excited to see live concerts in the main halls when the reopen. I am pleased the clubs are rebranding to be more inclusive and attract a more diverse customer base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic new facilities thanks to a recent rebuild. Been members for many years but let it lapse through Lockdown and then waiting for the build to finish. Finally got around to visiting today and wasn't disappointed! Light, bright and spacious. Well thought out.
I had the small roast which wasn't small! Nice range of local beers on tap as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come for a nice family dinner. Son orders a fruit salad with yoghurt $10 to then have to ask for the yoghurt for the chefs response was you can have sorbet but you are not having a refund. Even tho it cost us $10 for a product you have on your menu but don't supply need to sort it quickly! And we had to remind the staff of our order 4 times. Missed milkshakes Sunday fruit salad and the yoghurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a family dinner in Chalmers Restaurant. Food was excellent as was the service. The only negative experience was the officious man on the door. This was our second experience with this individual; his mannerisms are unnecessary in an environment where visitors should be made welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have dined many times here and enjoyed service and food, but today very disappointed. Spent over $80 for food for our family informed us of a wait which was fine but they forgot our drinks, didn't have what we had ordered and told us they no longer have it. But was still on menu and the order taken. It was fruit salad and yoghurt for a 1 year old. They wouldn't refund. They delivered fruit salad after adults had finished their hot meal. Didn't recieve the ice-cream sundae at all even after we had reminded them they hadn't served it to our other child at the table. Over all very bad service although the serving staff were pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hornby Club is a members only establishment that offers a range of dining and drinking options in cordial and pleasant surroundings.
The cafes and restaurant options offer a reasonable variety at very reasonable prices. We particularly like the Pavilion Cafe which has both menu food and also cabinet food - along with a range of hot and cold drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delicious breakfast. Although my friend didn't get what she ordered. Friendly service. Good decor. Sun is a bit bright morning time. Gets busy. We were impressed we returned same day for lunch. Plenty of parking.
