★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the new store! Such a nice atmosphere compared to the Riccarton store. The interior design is really nice with lots of comfy seats and feels more like a nice cafe you could actually sit down in and enjoy as opposed to the pick up and go only atmosphere at the busy Riccarton store. The staff were friendly and they made our drinks quickly. Same great taste that we expect from any other Starbucks store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every now & then I pop in here & have a Frappuccino a cold drink that I really enjoy. The drinks include ice, milk & chocolate flavoring & are topped with cream & more chocolate, YUM! I don't drink coffee or tea but I sure as he'll enjoy these Frapp's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave been here a few times recently and have very contrasting experiences.
Normally we are served by a polite, attentive salesperson (Moureen is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. As was the red haired, tattooed lady.) Today however, was greeted by somewhat abrupt and unhelpful demeanor. Was rudely asked about our vaccine passes, when we asked for a medium size drink was told "there's the sizes over there." Amongst other combative vibes. I feel the girl today just didn't want to be working but shouldn't pass it on to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local Starbucks, and every time I’ve ordered here I’ve been blown away. The staff behind the counter are always so friendly and great at communicating! Last week when I came here, and while the store was super busy, the staff were attentive and noticed me right away, and managed to decipher my jumbled anxious order into exactly what I wanted. They were out of the cup sizes that I ordered but came up with a great solution, and were nothing but kind the entire time. An absolute team of bosses here, I’m so happy to finally have a competent coffee shop in the HUB! The store manager and franchise should be proud of how well the staff keep this store running

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally there is a second one in town, a lot bigger than the one in Westfield, and much less crowded of course, seats are comfortable and ambiance is nice for just sipping coffee and chill. We need another one in city center too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't believe these low star rate other people have been given! That's not fair for these lovely staffs. I been to this newly opened Starbucks many times now,every time the service was excellent, coffee was good，Shop always nice and clean especially compare to the Riccarton one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service, The woman who took the order was very rude. She asked me my name, so I asked her to call me Ju, but she ignored me and wrote guest. And she was turning around and doing her job while I was paying for the card. I didn't know if my order and payment were completed. This is a very unpleasant experience while I was in New Zealand.The other employee didn't apologize even though my order was wrong. After I got the coffee, I said thank you, but no one responded.
