β β β β β The WORST experience I EVER HAD, the didnβt let my 2 years old ride because they were short of instructors (which I understood) I am pregnant and I couldnβt ride anyways, but the old man in there started to be rude, didnβt let us do anything or walk outside the little house they have in there, he even removed the small bag the usually give for the phones from my son because he was going outside with it, my husband decided not to ride as well and he didnβt want to give him a refund for the money paid (even though he wasnβt going to ride anyways!)
I left that place in tears, we understand there are rules and we follow them, however, is never acceptable to be rude. I will never go to that place again.

β β β β β Nice people, lovely walk through the forest and the kids enjoyed it. Great safety instructions and they were very understanding when we were late arriving. I was informed when I arrived that the staff are not vaccinated and their reasons for this were conveyed to me for part of the walk (which was fine). Great value though for $60 per person for about an hour.

β β β β β Very friendly and helpful staff.Quiet and well-trained horses, even my four year old daughter had a very good experience here. She said she wants to come back again! The staff were so nice and friendly to offer to take photos and videos for us for free and they even suggested us trying trotting, which made our experience even more special with the horses.

β β β β β Excellent experience. The horse trainers have rich experience, patient and thoughtful service, follow the whole process, and also help to select scene and take photos. Rain shoes and helmets are also provided. The horse is meek and well controlled, and the three-year-old kid is completely fine. I will make another appointment, highly recommended.
