★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely homely cottage, convenient and close to Warkworth. Great, friendly owners. Amazing breakfasts (stayed two nights). Very thoughtfully presented, with everything you might need - a home away from home. Very comfortable and warm. Beautiful garden outlook and alfresco dining. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This B&B is a gem. Annie has thought of everything you may need or perhaps forgot to pack. A warm welcome, chocolates, fresh fruit and a biscuit or two to snack on. Quality bed linen on the super King. Yes the property is next to the highway, but in my opinion the space and price out weigh this. Breakfast was delicious, eggs benni served on bagel.
The location, central to Warkworth and the coast, a great midway point as we headed North.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked last minute for the night on our way up north. When you drive in, you don’t know what expect. But WOW!! Amazing little cottage with everything you need and a beautiful courtyard. Great host and felt totally relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gorgeous little home away from home! The cottage had everything you could need and more, great size and very comfortable bed. A little noise from the road but nothing over the top. Annie and Peter are such lovely people, we highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just charming ? Delightfully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable rooms. With such lovely patio, garden and deck areas, one is torn about where to enjoy a glass of wine. Delicious breakfasts, fresh fruit and a wide variety of hot drinks also provided. Would definitely return. Thanks Peter and Annie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter upgraded us to the cottage and it was the cutest place ever with a california king bed and an fantastic backyard to enjoy the outdoors. The place was equipped with alomost everything from scissors to insect replellent and a nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother. The service was great and Peter made me homemade eggs bene. Couldn't recommend this place enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly such a great little bed and breakfast spot. The hosts are very helpful and the thoughtful little touches really make you welcome. Breakfast was so darn good. The beds comfy and we slept so well. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave as it was so lovely and comfy. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
