The person taking the calls is curt and rude, and my order was taken at 17.45 pm to be ready at 18.15 pm. It was not ready when I arrived at 18.15 pm so I mentioned this and the front line worker who took the orders and she said it would be 5 mins.
15 mins later I complained again and it took another 10 mins. This is unacceptable and the front line worker who is the 'hub' of the business certainly needs more training or replacing.and more staff need to be hired to make this business run smoother and more profitable!
