β β β β β I went to a couple classes, the idea of the heat is good but didn't like the routine. It's the same routine for all the instructors and there isn't a good flow between the poses. The instructor are too fast and not encouraging. Also they weren't welcoming and it just felt really rude. I would recommend going somewhere else. I've done classes that weren't heated before with a lot better instructors. Would notgo back there.
