β β β β β Awesome and very friendly staff. I have been with Ruth and TK and within few session I experienced a big improvement with my back problems and my physical wellbeing.
I had a motorbike accident in 2006 and spent a big chunk of money for physio, chiro's, acupuncture etc......but these guys are another level. If you see yourself in the position like "I tried so much, everything helps a little bit but no real breakthrough yet". This is the place to go to!

After years of historical injuries limiting my enjoyment of life and trying many other approaches, I stumbled across TK, Ruth, and Natalja through a friend, I'm not living with anywhere near the aches and niggles that I used to.... and still improving, better than 5 stars but that's the limit, best kept secret in Hamilton.

β β β β β I had been suffering from migraines, a sore neck and lower back pain for months. My osteopath suggested I get a full body massage & recommended Body Flow. So off I went with my migraine and with in half an hour of massage I could feel the migraine disappearing. Iβve had a few massages now and have not had the migraines return. My body does not feel heavy anymore. I highly recommend Body Flow.

β β β β β I am 30 weeks pregnant and was suffering from sleeplessness and aches. ITK greeted me beautifully, analyzed the pain points and attended to the problems individually and I felt so relaxed. The best part was that I had an amazing sleep that night. I have already recommended Body flow to a few people and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you once again TK :)

β β β β β The team at Body Flow Massage are the best in Hamilton, extremely professional and friendly. Authentic Thai massage, both team are from Thai but speak great English so you can communicate your issues correctly. I highly recommend!!

β β β β β Generally i don't review unless it is extra ordinary and very professional. TK is an amazing Therapist rather than calling masseuse. Been to many massages in all these years in all the countries i have been to. Never ever i have come across such a knowledgeable person about muscle functions. She blends massage, yoga and myofascial release therapy for muscle stiffness, sore and sports injury. I have insomnia for very long time. after 90 minutes of a session with TK, I slept like a pig after a very very long time even though i woke up at 2 am(cannot fix the routine lol). Felt refreshing and good after a cold shower next morning. She did follow up next day which never happened in my life.
To conclude, TK is a gift in this profession because of her dedication, hospitality, knowledge, care and skills.
@TK hope you find a TK to take care of yourself. :)

β β β β β Wow. This place is awesome Iβd try many massages clinic and it nothing happened. I highly recommend this BODY FLOW and TK is excellent reading your muscle pain and she know where the pain is. The ambiance was excellent and perfume makes you feel relax. Thanks to BODY FLOW for making my body always in good health and good condition.
