★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading so many mixed reviews we had to visit just to see for ourselves.
Well it's a good old style kiwi pub with good old style kiwi owners who are very welcoming and were happy to serve us and chat well into the night.
Definitely not the place to go if you want someone to run around kissing your feet just a straight up pub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pub itself is nice. Good pool table. Good food. But the owners' customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I greeted Chris by name each time I went in, but he always seemed eager for me to move on. Never made any attempt to show that he appreciated my business.
But I have to keep going back because they are the only local liquor store! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta love an old school kiwi pub, friendly locals and decent prices.. However don't love the grumpy old school bar staff, rude and confrontational, ruined the taste of me beer. Aparently there's 2 other establishments in this to pick from, 2 out a 3 ain't bad!
