Brooke is the other half of Hotshotz, and you’ll generally find her in the office when she is not being a taxi mum for their children Bax and Aja. Brooke has been involved with Hotshotz since it started 15 years ago. She not only does all the administration side of things, but Brooke is also always keen to jump on the tools and helps out with the heat pump air conditioning cleaning side of the business. Brooke is not afraid of getting dirty and enjoys chatting to our local and loyal customers as she spruces up their heat pumps ready for the seasons ahead, before heading back to the office to keep the admin side of things ticking over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang Paul and he was around within 20 minutes! He rang me after he left with a quote for the job and to say he had ordered the parts. A day later the job had been done! Super impressed! Great job done, cleaned my heat pump while he was there and even put her batteries in both remotes!
I had waited a month for another company to do it! Wish i had of gone to Hotshotz from the start!!

When I had a slight issue with one of the pumps, Paul had it fixed in short order despite being flat-out busy. Can't recommed them highly enough
