As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Renata’s friendly smile. What a fantastic experience! She really listened to what I was after in terms of brow shape, colour, style and was extremely informative to the point where I had little to no questions. She made me really comfortable with her professionalism and that she took the time to really perfect everything. I am so happy after my first appointment and will update through the healing process. I just want to say a huge thank you to you Renata, what a sweet lady you are, will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone wanting cosmetic tattooing done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had eyebrows done. $300 for 2 sessions. only half an eyebrow worked on each side. Wanted a further $150 to fix and became abusive when questioned. All of the reviews on Facebook are wonderful because she can remove any that aren't. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang to make an appointment but the phone wasn't answered, nor did it go to voicemail, so I had to hang up and text a message. I got a text back in three minutes, saying they don't answer the phone when they're busy, but if they were busy, why did they text so quickly? Then ensued a text conversation when I really wanted to talk to a human. When I said I wanted an eyebrow retouch, I was told to send a photo of my brows in. As I have a poor camera on my phone, I didn't want to do this, so I asked for a consultation instead. I was told they don't do consultations any more and I had to send a photo. This last piece of information took another fifteen minutes to get, and only after I had sent another text asking if they even wanted my business. The whole thing took half an hour and was very irritating. I do NOT want to book an appointment by this method. Will go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eyeliner refreshed at the “House of Beauty” Whanganui this afternoon. Although I had heard favourable comments about Renata’s work and manner - I was hesitant after reading the previous Google review, but decided to go ahead and check things out for myself. I was prepared to leave the premises without having the work done, if anything about the place or process concerned me. I’m pleased to say that I found Renata to be very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant to deal with. She was very conscientious and took the care and time needed to ensure my eye liner was expertly applied. She answered all my questions and although it’s early days, I’m happy with her work and will return in a few weeks to finalise things. She provided me with clear info about how to care for my lids in the meantime and told me not to hesitate to contact her should I need further info. Thanks for your work, Renata.
Added : It’s some months since I left the above review but wanted to add info about my return visit which never occurred. The day before my second appt Renata rang to tell me her tattoo machine was broken and she needed to cancel my appointment.

I have throughout all these treatments found Renata to be professional, friendly, skilled and conscientious in her work . She ensures that I understand fully the procedure before beginning any treatment. I highly recommend this lovely skilled beautician!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eyebrows tattooed by Renata for 3yrs now. The last time was just for a touch up. She does incredible work and I can't fault her. She is so caring and explains everything to you so you know what to expect.
I previously had my eyebrows done at two other places one in Australia and one in Wanganui.
The first time Renata did mine it was to fix them from my previous one and I am so pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her work ...definately 5 stars from me.
