★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on the weekend for pedicures and was so satisfied. Nicely cuts on my toes nails, the lady even massaged my foot was comfy. Friendly staffs, all the ladies look like they love doing their jobs ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! I booked an appointment a few days before, got there early and they didn’t take me in until 20 minutes later. During the service, the lady lashing me was taking her sweet time lashing me while making conversation with the other lash lady as well as another male who kept coming in and out of the room while I was getting lashed. My eyes were burning from the beginning. She was getting glue inside my eyes. Very painful and uncomfortable! I asked her about it during the appointment and she said oh almost done. After she was done, I couldn’t open my eyes and was tearing like crazy, she told me to just hold the fan in front of my eyes and so I did because I thought she was grabbing me some tissue to wipe my eyes with, I looked up and she’s over there fixing her hair and checking herself out in the mirror! Like what? I also didn’t get the lashes I wanted! If you want your lashes done, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They literally stick the lashes on your eyelids which is NOT how lashes are suppose to be applied coming from an actual qualified lash artist. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been coming here for a couple of years. love getting my lashes done. although the lashes are beautiful every time, it takes too long because they talk, laugh and eat while doing them.. not professional eating while doing lashes, especially during these times where we should be masked up. also, they make u withdraw cash from the atm to pay.. like, surely the eftpos machine cant be down every single time i come in?? other than that, 10/10 for lashes 3/10 for experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever to get my lash done here at this place and was recommended to come here by a friend also my sister.
At first I was nervous to get it done for the first time because of the negative reviews I saw on here?.
Cos it's my first time ever to get it done I went for a natural look with single lashes.
And I have to say they did well and was happy with the outcome. ?
I've had a chat to one of the girls about the reviews on their website and had a few laughs as she explained what had happened.
I mean there's always 2 sides to the story and I'm not picking any sides I'm just saying we're all human and we make mistakes.
But I mean with the talking I don't mind at all as long as they get the job done also because I've got a lot of siblings I'm use to the noise.
(wasn't even noisy they just chatting to each other)
I mean imagine yourself working for 8hrs everyday spending time with people other than your family not only just to make money but to also make them look good. ?
But hey each to their own opinion, well personally for myself the experience I've had was awsome?
And if you don't like anything that they're doing maybe it's better you tell them straight away don't be shy.
Communication is the key just so they're mindful when you're in to get whatever done and also to check with them before you go ahead with the process? I'm this happy with my lashes I'm writing paragraphs and NO they did not push me to write any reviews I CHOSE to do it on my own thank you I'll be back for my next appointment????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First And The Last… Myself N my sister stopped in she got her lashes no problems she loved them.. I myself wanted acrylics lashes removed and a new set of flares… nail service was great till the colour choice it looked grey on the sample but it was more of a natural finish OK Moving Forward… Nails are done I had provided pictures below as u should have been able to see all the glue underneath but u can.. ? that’s annoying… now lashes to be removed I was left on the chair in which I did my nails and had the lash remover product applied well surrounded by 4other customers for more then 15mins eyes started stingy her reply oh it’s cause ur tearing up well what did they expect it was stinging after almost half n hour they were finally removed eyes still irritated…. Finally able to see all there product was all over my mask and top ?? at this point I was already annoyed then to put a new set of lashes as asked they pull out a beach chair and expected me to sit up and have my new set put on well cramped in a small room were 2other customers were having lashes done…I payed for my nails n removal or lashes and left… Tooo tight for space and time f they are unable to do the customer just say so… I get it moneys everything but it isn’t worth it if there is no professionalism… MY OPINION I Wouldn’t Go Back..
