★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we still have a sour taste in our mouths over using this agent . we were left stranded in a foreign country and out of pocket over $1000.00 due to errors made on our bookings by House of Travel , with no contribution of help to remedy at the time or pay for the costs incurred from the errors Steve Parsons made on the bookings. This ruined the first few days of our dream trip and have left us with bad memories of the entire holiday .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just not Okay and i really did Not want to pass it... for poor service.
My friend and I went there to remit some money to a common friend we have over in the phillipines. My friend a 50 yr old man is not very confident in himself and that is why i went along to support him.
There is this old dragon behind the counter or glass enclosure interrogating him and at some point even bullying him. He was close to tears and needless to say that our last remittance at the place which is on the edge of the garden and square.
I think the post office will definitely give you a better service. The mini market shop in college street only open for 1 to 2 hours in the late afternoon and there is a nice man there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to get a last minute ticket on their bus trip to see Elton John at The Mission. They were very accommodating with keeping the ticket aside until the auctions on Trademe that I was bidding for tickets had finished, unsuccessfully for me.
Have booked with them for Rod Stewart at The Mission as I was very impressed with the organisation of the trip
