★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After attempting to get my foreign currency exchanged several times (thwarted by opening hours) I was finally able to get into the Travelex office and get my cash exchanged.
Marivic, the teller, was courteous and professional.
I required two forms of ID for the exchange which can be drivers license, passport, or bank statement (unsure of other permissible forms of ID).
Note that your ID is retained by travelex for government anti-money laundering purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marivic was 100/10. I loved her service. However, it was very difficult to get the money exchanged. Due to the work and break hours being identical to my own. So I will end up needing to go there 4 times for what should of been 2 visits.
Please Travelex train someone to cover the breaks at the agency, so people who aren’t able to get the money can. On two occasions the other people at The House of Travel we incredibly rude and dismissive towards my dilemma, when all I needed was to pick up some money.
