I had a parcel that had to go overseas and I accidently put the wrong information on it and she was very helpful with trying to get the parcel returned to Palmerston North before it went overseas, this was not possible however she managed to get Fed ex rep to correct the information. I am very happy with the service provided that I will recommend going to Palmerston North Pack and Send. Thank you.
