★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here sometime in 2009 with a mental health case worker to try and get accommodation organised for me. It has been three years! They said I was put on a list and they would get back to me! NOPE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USELESS. My neighbours live in a housing NZ house and have these huge loud brawls scaring my kids and disrupting my work. Have rang them several times and get told they will pass it on to the rental manager who never does anything either. They told me to ring noise control. USELESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ housing the lazy that sit in state houses on benefits for 20 years and never do anything in life. the rental managers are shocking i would never let my house out through HNZ especially when they chooses tenants that disrespect the house and get away with it. hurry up and sack the "CEO'S" they are focusing on one thing!, them selves, this organization was created in 1894 with intentions of helping people in strife until they can "sort their life out" this does not seem the case anymore. i would highly recommend not dealing with this organizations at all as some of their employees totally disregard the policy
