(Have since upagraded from a 1 to a 3 as have had no further issues of being forgotten in the waiting area) but disagree with the reply as I was told to take a set by the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went there on Friday, there was no other patients and the reception lady was very friendly.
I went there for a medical for my driving licence. But I felt they had no good knowledge about this medical, and told me that they are not doing walking or working medicals. I also not so clear what she told me. I ask her where I can get this medical for my driving licence and she referred me other medical center.
They have good parking and inside the medical center it was very clean and nice small medical center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always polite,friendly and very helpful.The nurse is very professional and wonderful in explaining procedures and giving detailed account of the current situation at hand.
My doctors Ray Khoo and Ross Valings have been a great help to me. I trust my doctor's opinion and always take their suggestions on-board when deciding what they feel is right for me.It means so much to me to have a service I can trust. My doctor always has time to talk about my issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them. I cant speak highly enough of the support that my doctor has given me. Thank you very much to all the staff that I congratulate for being so patient, compassionate and understanding.

They were very patient with my 60yo mother who speaks broken English and normally intimidated communicating in English. Dr Hayley didn't rush even though it went a bit over time and took the time to explain to her her condition. My mother is very happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I came from across town to see Dr Ray Khoo. I have some burdensome health issues but Dr Khoo was engaged, patient and empathetic, which really means a lot to me. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you to the team!
