β β β β β Very knowledgeable Drs and nurses. I always feel well looked after like I am important and matter. Fees are a little high but i feel they are worth it for the care you get. Reception could be a little friendlier and welcoming.

β β β β β I sadly have to change my rating from 4 to 2 stars as I got charged twice just recently for one consult. What has happened to humanity?
Ripping people off when they are unwell and have lost their job too due to COVID Is plain disgusting.
Time to find a doctor who ACTUALLY cares about their patients.
We've been with Dr Kidd for about 10 years now. A very kind, helpful and knowledgeable GP, who really cares about his patients. On occasions, we've had to book consults with other GPs at the clinic, due to Dr Kidd not being available. We've always felt really looked after and listened to.
The nurses and the admin staff are also mostly friendly and helpful.
The only negative is the long waiting time, sometimes over 40 minutes. I bring a book, but it would be great to have the waiting time diminished, as we all lead busy lives.

β β β β β I have been with Dr Kidd for the past 30+ years, through maternity care, my general health and death of a spouse. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable- I highly recommend. The nurses and Office staff are always professional and courteous. It will be a very sad day when and if he retires.
