★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally ace experience but today 3/5 self purchase terminals were down. Sat in last cinema down the hallway up the top with recliner seats. Love that tall people cal stretch out without having to shift or have our feet knocked sideways by passing patrons inching their way to their seats. Take a warm jacket or cardigan as the circulating air is cool. Some people took discrete mini mink blankets. Maybe next time I will too. If you attend movies more than once a year, upgrade your membership to VIP for $15. This gives you access to 25% discount on tickets, 10% off food items and free popcorn refills. Clocked 15mins drive down the road, to park and be seated on time for the opening ads, I Love my local!!

This Hoyts does not have the option to order food online beforehand, but does have the food-bar with popcorn and drink station to self-select before entering the cinema. Remember to ask for another straw if you're a slow drinker, cardboard one will fall apart in the cup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ormiston HOYTS for the first time for Valentines day to treat myself, the place is really cute and I like the self service method. The customer service was so nice, the worker that served me was so kind, polite and very cute. He asked how my night was going and chatted with me until he had to serve other customers. I managed to catch his name to Isaiah. Definitely would recommend Ormiston HOYTS for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the cinema was fine. Very comfortable and had a good time. The main reason my rating is so low is the how filthy the entry hall and toilets were. We went to get our drinks and snacks and the floors were disgusting. The counter tops were filthy and bits and pieces lying everywhere. The toilets were just as gross. Why are the bowls of the toilets gross and the floors filthy? Really? If this was busy time then fine you can expect some untidiness but this was the first movie of the day. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so, I saw the new Scream here last night; great film! However…
Upon arriving at the cinema, there was nobody at the bar to serve me a Spritz (though they were apparently open). Then my partner and I went to our seats only to find the cinema hadn’t been cleaned! There was popcorn and wrappers over the seats and old drinks in the cup holders.
My partner went out to tell the staff but received no apology. The only response she received was “yes, we are understaffed”.
Furthermore, once the lights went off and the film began, I noticed that the red LED lights at the exit walkway were illuminating the entire right 20% of the screen with a bright red glow - completely impeding the cinematic experience!!
I can’t recommend this cinema at all I’m afraid. Dim your damn lights and hire cleaners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newish cinema so everything is in top condition. Love coming here for the experience.
Bathrooms clean and tidy. Cinema recline chairs super comfy and lux. A+ movie experience. Staff also have great service.
Popcorn and snacks good, high priced snacks as usual but that’s how they make their money so fair enough ? to make it worth-it, get a membership and gain points at least when buying snacks and you’ll accumulate discounts for future visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very easy to buy tickets, get in and watch the movie. The seats are quite big and there is a lot of room. The seats also recline which was nice. All in all a great movie watching experience.
