★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi, the food is overpriced and the staff were standing around whilst I was trying to purchase a drink. I accidentally left a valuable in the cinema and they had thrown it away. I called them 7 times today to ask if they kept it and on the 7th time they finally picked up and told me it had probably been disposed of. very disappointed with my overall experience ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and drinks are Way over priced they charged me 20.40 for just 2 simple frozen cokes... that's 2$ at macs... RIP OFF

It's more convenient to me than some better cinemas but I'd rather go to the silky otter if I want to have a higher end experience. Hoyt's lux in town is just too expensive, no free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one was at the entrance to the theaters so anyone could've walked in and grabbed a seat for free at this time of night. Also the theater room 5 (lux) had a sign saying cleaning was happening. So I stood outside as there was a pole in door way... to find out the theater was open already making me late to movie.... again there was no staff at the entrance at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great non-reclining seats in cinema 1. I'm not a fan of huge reclining seat. I don't want to fall asleep in them and get nudged for snoring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot quieter since covid, but still a lovely environment. Snacks are a little limited but still plenty to choose from, they no longer do the original choc tops but there are other ice cream options.

A thank you to the staff member who offered to take our picture. Was very friendly of them, I was still smiling at the kind gesture. Which was a good start to the weekend. And the beginning of a good night. Girls spoilt and obviously enjoying sugary fun. As soon as the movie finished they couldn’t wait to dance. Happy these kinds of facilities are open to contain such wildness. Highly recommend this place and the Disney Film Encanto was very cool!
